Your ticket price will include:

Virtual ticket price will include:
- If you would prefer to join the conference virtually, then we have a special hybrid option for you.
- Our Virtual Attendance tickets means each keynote will be streamed to your own computer at the same time as we are witnessing it in Eindhoven.
- Then, in order for you to experience all the benefits of the round table discussion, we will convene online breakouts for our virtual conference attendees. And afterwards virtual and physical will come back together for questions and final thoughts.
- Our special hybrid option is designed to enable the most efficient and enjoyable networking opportunity for all participants to meet, share, and learn from each other, discover many more new perspectives, and support their continuous professional development (CPD).
- Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Those who have not received a confirmation notification before the conference are kindly requested to contact the registration secretariat at registration@emccglobal.org.
- Only participants who have completed their registration will be included in the program.
- The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the mentioned deadline, it will not be considered as Super Early Bird Registration if the payment has not been received by the announced deadline.
- You will receive your registration confirmation within 48 hours (excluding weekends) after making your payment. Please note that if payment is made via bank transfer, it may take approximately 1 week to receive your confirmation.
* To be eligible for EMCC member fee, your 6-digit member ID number must be submitted along with this registration form. Without this number, member fees will not be applied.
Members need to enter your EMCC Global or EMCC UK membership ID. This can be found by logging into your membership account at www.emccglobal.org (or www.emccuk.org for UK members).

Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer.

Visa or Mastercard are accepted for credit card payments, which can be made online during the registration process.
Or if you need to make a payment via Bank Transfer
All fees should be paid in EUR. Participant's name/last name, date and amount and transfer reference "EMCC 2024” must be indicated on the transaction receipt of the bank transfer. Following the payment, receipt of the transaction must be sent to the registration secretariat at registration@emccglobal.org.
Bank charges are the sole responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the fees.

Final Invoice
The final invoice will be available after the conference. The invoice will be issued based on details provided while registering.
Requests for cancellation must be received in writing by the EMCC 2024 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) via e-mail registration@emccglobal.org
- Cancellations received before or on 12 May, 2024 - will receive 50% refund
- Cancellations received on and after 13 May, 2024 - will not receive any refund
Registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of EMCC 2024 and bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
